Infrequent Updates: A weekend trip to Guillin, China
Published on Oct 11, 2026
I really enjoy making these little videos, they are mostly for myself and it's a nice opportunity to back into my photos and videos instead of just adding new ones to the pile. Usually finding some music that goes along with it takes a while, but it's also always a fun "task". I have a bit of a backlog, so we've now arrived in May 2026, when I was briefly visiting Guillin for a few days.
From the technical side, it's now the second time that I've been using DaVinci Resolve which I really enjoy. The UI is really pleasant to use and it's free if you don't need the Pro features (Mostly color grading related I believe).
I hope you enjoy this short video.
